US Conec's MDC connector is a Very Small Form Factor (VSFF) duplex optical connector, expertly designed for terminating single-mode and multimode fiber cables with diameters up to 2.0mm. Utilizing proven 1.25mm LC ferrule technology, the MDC connector offers up to three times the density of traditional Duplex LC connectors, making it an ideal solution for high-density fiber management in modern data centers.
MDC Duplex connector enhances connectivity by offering field configurability with adaptable polarity and a user-friendly push/pull boot for seamless insertion and extraction. The connectors are fully compatible with existing LC port cutouts and sizes, facilitating a smooth transition from LC to MDC in current designs.
In addition to the connectors, the US Conec’s MDC platform includes a comprehensive range of solutions such as uniboot jumpers, harnesses, trunks, panels, and pre-terminated MTP options.
