The commitment to social responsibility is an essential part of T&S corporate philosophy. T&S is committed to full compliance with social conventions according to the international standards.

Occupational Health and Safety

At T&S, we maintain a robust environment, health and safety (EHS) management system. We offer free physical protection tools and annual physical checkup to all employees, and purchase all-around healthcare package for each of them. More over, we carry out ISO 45001: 2018 through out the entire production process.

We work safely, or we do not work. We operate to the highest industry standards for safety, health, and environmental protection and place safety as a top priority. We believe that accidents are the worst waste, while working safely is the most economical solution.

Community Involvement

Education and economic support are key in our approach to supporting communities. We hire disabilities in consecutive years to get them involved in community life and relief family burdens. We set up foundations in schools, so as to unlock potential for teachers, students, and local communities to create a better tomorrow.

From the beginning and everywhere we operate, we also release mass jobs in communities to achieve full employment. No matter where we are, we want to be seen as good and trusted neighbors. T&S strives to always being considered a positive, friendly and welcoming presence in its community.

Social Well-beings and Public Good

We take active actions to advance social well-beings and public good. We provided additional medical support to employees, family members and communities during the COVID-19 wave. Make donations to Charities fighting against pandemic and other nature disasters over the years.

T&S has more than 1,500 employees, which means we are connected to more than 1500 families. We must continuously achieve operational excellence and the highest profits while maintaining high ethical standards and assuming social responsibility. In the meantime, we will strictly comply with national regulations to ensure that employees' medical care and livelihood are fully covered.
