  Predecessor, HNK, a Sino-Japanese joint venture, was established in 1992 by Jimmy Chang and a Japanese partner.

• 1997

  

  Pioneering engineers from HNK launched T&S Trading Co.

• 2000

  

  • T&S Trading Co. developed into T&S Communications.

  • Imported first ferrule production line from Japan.

• 2003

  

  • Certified ISO 9001:2000.

  • Imported FBG Production line from Canada.

• 2005

  

  FBT coupler factory production line established.

• 2009

  

  PLC splitter production lines came into use.

• 2010

  

  Awarded "National High-tech Enterprise".

  MPO/MTP assemblies supplied to North American data centers.

  Went public on Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE: 300570).
